Can I Order A Sample Before Ording?
Yes, we will provide a sample for you to check every detail and test the market first.
Can I Get A Free Sample? What Is Your Sample Policy?
No, we don’t offer a free sample at the first. The sample cost would be dependent on the design you required. Please contact us to get the quotation.
But we have a sample cost refund policy when you place a bulk order. (Sample cost would certainly be refunded once we get your deposits for bulk).
Also, we also offer free samples for our clients who deals business that reach a certain amount
What If I Don't Have A Design, Artwork or Tech Pack?
We do not offer artwork or tech pack creation service. As a custom apparel manufacturer, we are specialized in manufacturing instead.
If you have a sample that you need to copy, send the details pictures or deliver it to us is OK to copy it, or if you have any request for details modification, just tell us your requirement, we will work it out.
And we have some templates for tech pack, you just need to fill in the information to fast create it. Contact us to get it free if needed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity is about 50 piece per design (More or less)
But if you require a unique color or fabric for your custom clothing, there would need a higher MOQ as it’s limited by the fabric supplier.
How Can I Manage The Quality Of Bulk Order?
Before bulk order production, you would get pre-order samples (size-color set samples) to check every details. Then production would be start after getting your approval and strict manufacturing base on the samples.
How Long Would I Get A Reply Or A Quotaton?

- For sample, we will quote for you after every details been confirmed.
- For bulk order, you will get the exactly quotation only after the sample approved by your side, we could only offer you a approximate quotation just base on pictures.
How Long Does It Typically Takes To Complete A Sample or An Order
For a sample:
- Typically 7-12 days fo finish samples after details confirmed
- 3-5 days for delivery by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, ects)
For Bulk Order
- About 7 days for fabrics or accessories ording
- 15-20 Days for bulk order production
- Delivery time is depend on the shipping way you would prefer. We offer all kinds for shipping methods options to meet your different requirements.
